What Should an Aluminum Profile Image Look Like?
Newly extruded profiles may have minor oil stains due to the pressing process. However, the profile surface should appear bright and free from color variations depending on the alloy used. Burrs and rough edges caused during sample cutting can be disregarded.
It should be noted that anodized profiles offer higher resistance to corrosion. Aluminum profiles processed with anodizing—whether in natural or colored finishes—can retain their appearance without color fading for an extended period.
