Aluminum profiles designed with channels, manufactured, and produced in such a way that they can be easily disassembled in a modular manner are called SIGMA profiles.
Today, in industry, production lines, conveyor systems, tables, benches, machine lines, and especially assembly lines are made using Sigma Profiles (demountable modular).
SIGMA profiles are anodized, which prevents oxidation even in humid environments and ensures that the surface remains intact, making them a preferred choice.
The reasons for choosing Sigma profiles are their ease of assembly and disassembly, lightweight design, and the ability to move them easily and transport them with minimal effort.
Sigma profiles can be produced in various sizes and according to customer designs.
Sigma profiles (aluminum channel profiles) are now beginning to replace steel constructions. Thanks to the demountable (modular) structure of Sigma profiles, the desired parts and Sigma profiles can be connected to each other in a practical and easy way.
Sigma profiles are made of 6063 series aluminum. Sigma profiles are coated with 11 microns of anodized finish to enhance corrosion resistance (black anodized coating is available for bulk orders). As a result, processes such as grinding and painting are not required for Sigma profile applications. Sigma profiles (Aluminum Channel Profiles) are standardly produced in lengths of 6000 mm.
Custom production is possible up to 7500 mm in length.
