Aluminum six-corner profiles are primarily used as milling tools due to their shape. They are used in the machine industry, curtain and blind manufacturers, aviation industry, defense industry, automotive industry, and motor manufacturers.

Aluminum six-corner profiles are designed in the desired dimensions using aluminum extrusion systems with different aluminum alloys according to their area of use, and are produced by making molds.

These alloys are aluminum 7000 series, aluminum 7075 series, aluminum 6063 alloy, 6060 aluminum alloy, 6082 aluminum alloy, aluminum 6061 alloy, and aluminum 6005 alloy. The preferred alloys are aluminum 6063 and aluminum 6060 due to their excellent suitability for anodic oxidation coating.

Aluminum corner profiles are used in the defense industry, aerospace industry, and automotive industry to increase hardness by applying different anodized coatings. This different anodized coating is called cold anodized coating. Instead of the hot anodized coating process, cold anodized coating is applied.

Aluminum corner profiles can also be produced hollow. Hollow aluminum corner profiles are typically used as screws with threaded ends, and aluminum corner profiles can be manufactured using all of the aluminum alloys mentioned above.
